16. Should I get insurance?

We do everything we can to deliver your parcel intact but you should be aware that anything can happen in road traffic. We value our clients – that’s why we recommend delivery insurance against unforseeable events.

17. What terms and conditions apply to delivery insurance?

You can get delivery insurance based on parcel value. It costs 15 Euros per 200 Euros of parcel value.
If your parcel gets damaged and it is the courier’s fault, we pay damage compensation.

Maximum insurable value is 2000 Euros. For the maximum amount of compensation paid consult the below list.
The compensation is payable on presentation of a receipt that proves the item’s value and genuineness.

The amount of damage to the parcel is set by mutual agreement between the company and the client.
If the damage compensation is over 250 Euros, the company settles the compensation in services (by giving service coupons or vouchers).

Insurance fees and compensation based on parcel value:

0-200 Euro: 15 Euro insurance fee -> in the case of 100% damage the compensation is 50 Euros

200-400 Euro: 30 Euro insurance fee -> in the case of 100% damage the compensation is 100 Euros

400-600 Euro: 45 Euro insurance fee -> in the case of 100% damage the compensation is 150 Euros

600-800 Euro: 60 Euro insurance fee -> in the case of 100% damage the compensation is 200 Euros

800-1000 Euro: 75 Euro insurance fee -> in the case of 100% damage the compensation is 250 Euros

1000-1200 Euro: 90 Euro insurance fee -> in the case of 100% damage the compensation is 250 Euros + a 50 Euro service coupon

1200-1400 Euro: 105 Euro insurance fee -> in the case of 100% damage the compensation is 250 Euros + a 100 Euro service coupon

1400-1600 Euro: 120 Euro insurance fee -> in the case of 100% damage the compensation is 250 Euros + a 150 Euro service coupon

1600-1800 Euro: 135 Euro insurance fee -> in the case of 100% damage the compensation is 250 Euros + a 200 Euro service coupon

1800-2000 Euro: 150 Euro insurance fee -> in the case of 100% damage the compensation is 250 Euros + a 250 Euro service coupon
