Step 1. Login or register

If you have already registered, login with your email address and password.

If you have not yet registered, register now and the program will sign you in right away.

Step 2. Select the items you want to send

By clicking on the name of the countries - you will be able to get to the items to be shipped.

Select the items that you would like to send: parcels, removal, pallet, bike, motorbike, cat, dog, pet.

Step 3. Provide shipment details

Make sure you provide all necessary information on the shipment data sheet, and when you are done, click on the red "Add to van" button.

If you have more and/or more than one type of shipment (e.g. 3 parcels, or 1 package and 1 bike), you need to find them and put them into your cart one by one.

Step 4. Provide and verify the details for the sender and addressee

Click on the CHECKOUT button at the top left corner of the page.

After you log in, provide / verify the address of the sender and the recipient.

If the address is not entirely clear, please provide / describe the street, the house and provide directions.

Please make sure that all the items you want to send are listed in your ordered items list.

Step 5. Select payment method and place an order

Select your preferred payment type and select the "I agree to the shipping conditions"  button.

You can write any additional comments you might have at the More Information box.

If everything is satisfactory, click on the "SHIPMENT ORDER" button.

Congratulations, you're done!

In a few seconds, you will be redirected to the webpage where you will be able to see and print the order that you have successfully placed.

You will also get an email conformation of your order.

You do not need to make any phone calls at this point, we will call you a few hours prior to the scheduled pickup.
We also call the recipient a few hours prior to delivery.

Just a few days and your shipment will safely arrive at its destination, guaranteed!
