NUMBER OF PACKAGES

Please pack your goods into as few packages or boxes as you can.

For health and safety reasons, the maximum weight for a single package is 25 kg.

 

PACKAGE HANDLING FEE

The more packages and boxes are more of the packing, organization and logistics needs.

Over 4 packages we charge 0.5 Euro special prize per package.

DESCRIPTION:
Please describe your package so our carriers will be able
to identify them easily upon delivery.


PACKING:
Please wrap your possessions carefully
because they are going to travel a long way in a van.

Put your stuff into smaller boxes or bags
and put the whole thing into a strong cardboard box, bag, suitcase or textile sack.
We can’t accept stuff packaged into rubbish sacks.

CONTENT:
Please list the content of the packages in a few words
and indicate if anything is fragile or needs special care and attention.
You have to provide the content because of the border clearance.

INSURANCE:
You can add shipping insurance based on the value of the packages you want to insure: 15 euro for every 200 euro in value.

We provide reimbursement, if any damage would be happened with your package during shipping.

Insurance costs on the basis of the value of the parcel:

0-200 Euro: 15 Euro insurance fee -> in case of 100% damage €50 compensation
200-400 Euro: 30 Euro insurance fee -> in case of 100% damage €100 compensation
400-600 Euro: 45 Euro insurance fee -> in case of 100% damage €150 compensation
600-800 Euro: 60 Euro insurance fee -> in case of 100% damage €200 compensation
800-1000 Euro: 75 Euro insurance fee -> in case of 100% damage €250 compensation
1000-1200 Euro: 90 Euro insurance fee -> in case of 100% damage €250 compensation + €50 coupon
1200-1400 Euro: 105 Euro insurance fee -> in case of 100% damage €250 compensation + €100 coupon
1400-1600 Euro: 120 Euro insurance fee -> in case of 100% damage €250 compensation + €150 coupon
1600-1800 Euro: 135 Euro insurance fee -> in case of 100% damage €250 compensation + €200 coupon
1800-2000 Euro: 150 Euro insurance fee -> in case of 100% damage €250 compensation + €250 coupon

The shipping insurance can take place if only to the authenticity and value of the shipment invoice is presented, validated.
The courier and the customer determine the extent of the damage on the basis of common agreement.
