1. DESCRIPTION OF OUR SERVICES

1.1. The Shipper carries out house-to-house shipping orders in the European Union. The exact itinerary depends on the actual pickup and delivery locations.
1.2. Our services are available in the areas and regions that are listed under the Shipping Route menu. However, we are also available for transport in the entire EU.
1.3. Prices are net prices; the default currency is EURO. As an hungarian company, our services in the EU are VAT-free (Value Added Tax) if the client also has an EU tax number. The exchange information on our website is only for information purposes, the actual transport fee will be calculated based on the actual daily exchange rate of the EURO, on www.MNB.hu
1.4. The time of delivery is between 2-15 days, depending on the distance of the sender and addressee.

1.5. There are 3 ways to pay for our services:
- In advance: you can pay the courier in cash at the time of pickup. (EU, GBP, HUF),
- Afterwards: you can pay the courier in cash at the time of delivery. (EU, GBP, HUF),
- In advance via bank transfer. (there is no card terminal with our couriers.)

Over 1000 EUR need an individual agreement, a part of that need to pay in advance via bank transfer.

2. TO PLACE/ CANCEL AN ORDER

2.1. Shipping orders are placed through the Internet (www.moveandparcel.eu) and the Sender gets a copy of the Shipping Agreement (ORDER) through email.
2.2. By placing a shipping order, Sender and Shipper enter into a legal contract.
2.3. To cancel an order is free of charge through the e-mail or phone, before 5 days of the Current Shipping Plan's start date. The late cancellation fee is €20.
2.4. The Shipper reserves the right to change the shipping arrangement if necessary. There could be several causes: bank holiday, breakdown, customs check, bad weather, illness, unforeseen events, etc.
2.5 An additional 0.3 Euro / kilometer kilometer fee will apply if the package pickup location or drop off point is not on the normal transport route.

3. PACKAGE PICKUP

3.1. The time of pickup is determined by the Shipper during the Actual shipment plan period, between 0-24 hours. This is due to the fact that our vans deliver and pick up packages according to their geographical locations. Due to different traffic conditions, the exact arrival of the van cannot be determined in advance. Therefore, we always call the sender and the recipient a few hours prior to arrival in order to arrange the meeting.
3.2. The Shipper collects the package from the Sender only after the confirming the data within and signing of a copy of the Shipping Contract. The price calculated at the time of order can be modified at the time of pickup, see point 3.9.
3.3. The Sender is required to provide all necessary information (ESPECIALLY THE CONTENT OF PACKAGES) and also required to inform the Shipper about any special shipping conditions that applies to the given package.
3.4. Any damage incurred by filling out the Shipping Contract incorrectly is the responsibility of the Sender.
3.5. The Shipper has the right to pick up package only after examining the content of the package.
3.6. To verify the pickup, the 3rd copy of the Shipping Agreement (Order) will remain with the Sender.
3.7. = 2.4.
The Shipper reserves the right to change the shipping arrangement if necessary. There could be several causes: bank holiday, breakdown, customs check, bad weather, illness, unforeseen events, etc.
3.8. The Shipper is obligated to warn the Sender if the packaging does not comply with shipping regulations or the packaging is damaged. If the Sender does not take care of the repackaging sufficiently, the Sender will take a note of that on the bill of freight and this will void all further complaints. In extreme cases, the courier can refuse to ship the package!
Packaging recommended by the Shipper: carton box, luggage - preferably with foil wrapped around, which protects against moisture, rain and tears.
The Shipper refuses to ship any shipment without proper packaging or shipment that is packaged in plastic trash/garbage bag - no exception.
Proper packaging is provided by the Shipper with the sender's prior written request. The fee of this service differs case by case. The cost calculation is based on the packaging time required and the price of packaging material used.
3.9. During pickup our carriers can modify the calculated price depending on the weight and size of the package if the actual cargo differs from what's on the order form. A 1m3 package will need to have a weight of at least 75kg. If this is not the case, our shipping agent will calculate the price based on the volume (cubic capacity) of the package in accordance with the following: 1m3 = 250EU.
3.10. For health and safety reasons, the maximum weight for a single package is 30 kg.
3.11. It is compulsory to list the contents of the package because it will go through an extensive customs check.
3.12. The customer needs to ensure the moving of the goods over 50 kg, i.e. the customer need to call an assisting person.
3.13. The customer needs to ensure the moving of the pallet at the place of pick-up and delivery, too.

3.14. Validity od data, if customer's my data and the courier’s measurements are different:

- The courier measures the parcel and takes its actual weight and writes it on the order form. If the parcel is heavier, the customer has to pay the delivery fee based on the price-list. If the size of the parcel is bigger than the corresponding volume limit, you have to pay 20-140% extra.

- Packages are measured on the pick-up site or centrally, customer pays the shipping cost based on pricing and Shipping Conditions, so it is always the real quantity shall prevail.

3.15. Loading fee: Our couriers helps with loading, however, more and weight stuff need individual agreement.

3.16. Packing fee: for packaging will be charged, plus raw material.

3.17. Fragile goods:
- For transportation of fragile goods not packed carefully, we are not responsible. Suitable packaging: hard plastic box or wooden box, lined with wall spacing and the individual items are packaged individually and separately.
- We carry no warranty at all for the transport of glass and porcelain items.

3.18. Conditions of pallet transportation:

- The moving of the pallet and the palletized goods must be provided by the client at pick-up and delivery address as well. It can be human power, hydraulic lift, forklift.

- 1 pallet can be up to 160 cm high.

- The goods on the pallet must be carefully recorded and rolled around by film.

- The fee of transport is volume-based: 1 m3 can be max 250 kg, over 250 kg weight-based fee is used.

3.19. Pet Shipping Terms:

- Dog transport: collar (halter for dogs obedience inorganic ), leash, dry food for 2 days.

- Cat transport: bedding, collar, dry food for 2 days.

4. DELIVERY

4.1. The time of delivery is determined by the Shipper during the Actual shipment plan period, between 0-24 hours. 4.2. The Shipper hands the package to the Addressee only after complying with the general and/or specific procedures stated in the Shipping Agreement (collecting of fees/ charges and signature).
4.3. The Shipper allows for a content examination of the package in case the packaging is damaged and the records of that will be documented for damage claims.
4.4 To verify the delivery , the 2nd copy of the Shipping Agreement (Order) will remain with the Sender.

5. SHIPPING INSURANCE

5.1. The Shipper offers damage insurance from the time of pickup to the time of delivery.
The Shipper provides Damage Reimbursement for any damage inflected upon the package because of negligence or carelessness, including partial/complete loss or destruction of package.
5.2. Shipping Insurance fee is based on the value of the packages: for every 200 EUR in value, the insurance fee is 15 EUR. Over 1000 EUR need an individual agreement and price.

5.5. The compensation is payable only on presentation of a receipt that proves the item’s value and genuineness. The amount of damage to the parcel is set by mutual agreement between the company and the client.

6. UNSUCCESSFUL AND CANCELLED DELIVERY

6.1. If the Sender is unavailable by phone before picking up the parcel, the Shipper will not go to the location.
6.2. If the Addressee is unavailable by phone before delivering the parcel, the Shipper will not go to the location.
6.3. In the event of  failed delivery - e.g if the Addressee refuses to accept the package due to disinterest- the shipper will return the package to the Sender. In such cases the delivery fee is to be paid one more time.

7. SHIPMENT CONTENTS

7.1. The Customer, Sender and Addressee take all legal responsibility for the content of the package.
7.2. The fee for any nonstandard package not listed on our price list is on a one-by-one basis.
7.3. The Shipper charges 20-140% excess fee for oversized packages.
7.4. The Shipper must not transport any flammable, explosive, perishable, infectious, or repulsive substances; along with firearms, explosives, human remains, exceptionally valuable material, alcohol/tobacco/petroleum products in great quantities, or any illegal or dangerous substance or material.

8. ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

8.1. Pre-financing: Our company offers pre-financing of the price of a product. The package will be shipped to its destination and an additional fee will apply which will be based on the amount that was pre-financed. Standard fee is 5% + the shipment fee. This option is only available when our own staff members personally make the delivery and the course of the process has to be confirmed via phone with our customer service in  advance.
8.2. Boxes: We are able to provide boxes for the items you want to ship if needed.
8.3. Additional kilometers: An additional kilometer fee will apply if the package pickup location or drop off point is not on our normal transport route.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

1.1. The Service Provider ties the utilisation of its services to data communication during which the Service Provider comes into possession of the customer's personal data. The submission of such data, however, is voluntary in each case.

1.2. As far as the handling and use of data is concerned, the Service Provider complies to the legislation about the protection of personal data and the publicity of data of public interest.

1.3. The Service Provider handles all data confidentially and takes all the necessary measures in terms of security, technical requirements and organisation to safeguard data security.

1.4. The data provided by users and customers serves the sole purpose of the accurate and efficient accomplishment of the service used.
